An Interview with Victoria Pelletier — CEO Affairs

Q: Could you tell us about your background before launching your current venture?

I’ve never been one to accept the status quo. My career has been built on embracing challenge and transformation. I began in financial services, but my trajectory shifted quickly—I became one of the youngest COOs at just 24, was appointed president by 35, and stepped into a CEO role at 41. Over the past two decades, I’ve dedicated my career to leading high-performing B2B professional services organizations.

Q: How did Unstoppable You come to life?

While my career has long been rooted in corporate leadership, I’ve also built and acquired businesses along the way. Speaking has always been part of my journey—initially focusing on industry expertise, later evolving into motivational and personal topics. Co-authoring the book Unstoppable gave a name to my philosophy and keynote presentations. As demand for my speaking engagements increased, I formalized the work into Unstoppable You, a platform that houses all of my appearances, keynotes, and coaching services.

Q: What do you believe drives your success? What values do you hold closest?

My achievements stem from a relentless work ethic, commitment to excellence, and continuous learning. I prioritize building inclusive, high-performing teams, and I’ve learned to set boundaries that allow me to thrive both professionally and personally. My values align with organizations and leaders who operate with integrity, purpose, and a mission that resonates on a deeper level.

Q: What services does Unstoppable You offer to stand out in the market?

The company centers on keynote speeches, conference hosting, panel moderation, podcasts, and media appearances. Additionally, we offer executive and personal brand coaching. Every service is designed to deliver actionable value and inspire transformation.

Q: How do you view company culture, and how do you shape it?

In my corporate leadership roles, I’ve managed large teams across global organizations. I believe culture is built from the organization’s mission, reinforced by policies, and strengthened by leadership that is authentic, empathetic, and willing to lead from the front.

Q: What role does innovation play in your work?

Innovation is at the heart of sustainable growth. I’ve made it a priority in every organization I’ve led, challenging the norm and driving both cultural and business transformation. Disrupting the status quo is something I’m passionate about.

Q: Do you think companies succeed through individual heroics or team-driven processes?

It’s usually a combination of both, but long-term success is built on collective achievement. High-performing organizations balance financial metrics with other key indicators like customer satisfaction, employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and ESG goals.

Q: What are your responsibilities today, and what brings you the most joy in your work?

Throughout my career, I’ve led major divisions and operations for global companies while also growing smaller businesses as a strategist, investor, and operator. At Unstoppable You, I focus on delivering impactful keynotes to audiences worldwide—covering topics like resilience, leadership, DEI, and organizational culture. I thrive on variety and the excitement of tackling new challenges daily.

Q: What advice would you give to first-time leaders?

Leadership is a blend of vision and humanity. My advice: listen to your team, trust them, delegate effectively, define clear goals, and build authentic relationships rooted in empathy and trust.
